Kaori moved to Australia from Japan in 2010. Kaori's dream is to bring delicious, healthy and authentic miso paste to Australia. Kaori's small batch miso is all hand made in Daylesford, Victoria using Australian soybeans and is naturally fermented. Kaori hopes to share the traditional miso paste of their home - Japan!

White Rice, SOYBEAN, Salt, Koji Starter(Aspergillus Oryzae)

This miso is suited for Soup, as a marinade, as dressings, even dessert and many more, same as another type of miso.
