Plant Butler™ (Plant Technician)
Melbourne

The Role

The Plant Society seeks a passionate and keen Plant Butler to join our Melbourne family. As Plant Butler you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining plants across our plant projects in Melbourne.

In doing so you will be responsible for day to day care and horticultural expertise across both residential and commercial spaces. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hardworking and have an eye for detail.

This role is a full time position, working up to 38 hours on a weekly basis.

Who we are looking for

The Plant Society admire strong, creative and passionate individuals. We seek individuals with life experiences and initiative.

You will have:

• A passion for plants.
• A background in horticulture or design favourable however not essential.
• Have experience working with plants in a maintenance capacity.
• Have a vehicle and current driver’s license.
• A drive for high standards.
• Hold flexible work hours.
• Excellent communication skills to connect intimately without clients and team.
