The Role

The Plant Society and J.CHONGUE seek a passionate and self-driven wholesale co-ordinator to join our Melbourne family. As wholesale co-ordinator you will be responsible for nurturing and growing our wholesale portfolio.

This role is a part-time position, working up to 24 hours on a weekly basis with the opportunity for additional hours.

Senior Plant Butler™ (Plant Technician)
Melbourne


The Role

The Plant Society seeks a passionate and keen Senior Plant Butler to join our Melbourne family. As Senior Plant Butler you will be accountable for maintaining the plant quality and aesthetics across our plant projects in Melbourne and Sydney.

In doing so you will be responsible for day to day care and horticultural expertise across both residential and commercial spaces; alongside mentoring our Plant Butlers to enhance their skillset. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hardworking and have an eye for detail.

This role is a full time position, working up to 38 hours on a weekly basis.

Who we are looking for

You will have:

  • A passion for plants.
  • A background in horticulture or design favourable however not essential.
  • Have experience working with plants in a maintenance capacity.
  • Have experience managing a portfolio of work and team.
  • Have a vehicle and current driver’s license.
  • A drive for high standards.
  • Hold flexible work hours.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect intimately without clients and team.
