The Plant Society are ambassadors for all things green, with studios and stores in Melbourne, Sydney and Tokyo, we promote positive and open conversations around gardening. Through our outposts in Melbourne, Sydney and Tokyo and online we hope to inspire all to nurture greenery in homes and help motivate a greener city.

Design Assistant
Melbourne

The Plant Society seeks a genuine Design Assistant to join our family. As Design Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our studio across a breadth of creative projects. Our studio actively explores design through engaging, unique plant projects, indoors and out, for our commercial and residential clients, alongside as graphic communication, product design and branding to support our offer.

Based at our Fairfield Studio you will work closely with our team to design and explore our creative output. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hardworking and have an eye for detail.

This role is a hands on part-time position, working up to 32 hours on a weekly basis with the opportunity for additional hours.

All Rounder - Plant Butler and Plant Assistant

The Role

The Plant Society seeks a keen and passionate Plant Assistant & All Rounder to join our Sydney family. As a passionate Plant Assistant & All Rounder, you will be responsible for day to day store tasks, assisting across all departments, picking and packing at our warehouse and providing memorable service to our community.

In doing so you will be positive and passionate about all things green and nurturing our client base. The successful applicant will be professional, have immense initiative, hardworking and have an eye for detail.

This role is a casual or part-time position, working up to 32 hours on a weekly basis with the opportunity for additional hours.

Plant Design Co-ordinator

The Role

The Plant Society seeks a genuine Plant Design Co-ordinator to lead our commercial design department. As Plant Design Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for leading our studio in creating engaging and unique projects, indoors and out; for our commercial and residential clients.

The Role

The Plant Society is seeking a driven and passionate Cultivation (Maintenance) Co-ordinator to join our Melbourne family. Our commercial and maintenance departments lead innovative installations and care for exceptional indoor jungles in residences, brands and businesses across Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Auckland. You will be responsible for leading our team of plant butlers, implementing excellent plant care and growing our business with excellent customer experience.

This role is a full-time position.

The Plant Society seeks a passionate and keen Plant Butlers to join our Melbourne family. As Plant Butler you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining plants across our plant projects in Melbourne.
