Variegated Rubber Plant (Ficus elastica 'shivereana')

With its large leaves speckled with neon tones of green, pink and orange this easy-care shrub that is a fun change of tone in and amongst a collection or as a standalone specimen. 

Maturing over time into a plant that can reach more than 2 metres in height indoors, the Shivereana is a statement plant that you will enjoy watching grow for years to come. Planted in the ground it will reach 20 metre tall, with invasive tap roots anchoring it's expanse, so if you do decide to keep it outside, always keep it potted up. 

While it can adapt to a lower light spot, the vibrancy of its colour will become more pronounced when it is allowed to grow in a position with bright light. Keep the soil moist, but not wet and water less frequently over the winter months.
